I kept thinking that I wanted to draw CatPhelous, and I have been watching too much Inspector Gadget, thanks to babysitting, so BAM!
Originally, I wasn't sure what I wanted on the screen, but I decided on crossing over the main characters of the show, with a lot of help from ~Marskitty. I already knew I wanted Nostalgia Chick as Penny, so ~Marskitty suggested Spoony and Paw for Inspector Gadget and Brain. So, yeah...
They're kinda crappily drawn, because I wasn't expecting for them to be so...poppie-outie, I guess
